In partnership with the City of Sacramento, Momentum's ASCEND program is a pivotal initiative aimed at empowering cleantech entrepreneurs in the Sacramento area. This program provides comprehensive training and technical assistance to startup founders, innovators, and businesses dedicated to advancing clean technologies. By fostering a supportive environment for cleantech innovation, ASCEND aims to accelerate the development and funding of sustainable technologies and concepts.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ASCEND program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Reside or have a business address in Sacramento or the surrounding six-county region.
Operate within the clean economy, specifically in clean mobility and clean energy technologies.
Represent, live in, serve, and/or provide services benefiting all populations, with a focus on Priority Populations.

Application Period: May 27 - June 7
Program Duration: June 20 - October 20 (Evening sessions, hybrid format - in-person and virtual)
